Key Responsibilities
- Leading the planning, execution, and financial performance of civil infrastructure projects
- Working closely with Superintendents to manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety
- Building strong, trust based relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
- Mentoring and developing Project Coordinators and emerging talent
- Managing permits, approvals, reporting, and contractual obligations
- Identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing proactive solutions
- Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and delivery methods
About You

The successful candidate will have the following:
- A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience delivering heavy civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong financial and scheduling acumen
- The confidence to lead, and the humility to learn
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- A desire to grow into larger, more complex leadership roles over time
