Key Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, execution, and financial performance of civil infrastructure projects
• Working closely with Superintendents to manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety
• Building strong, trust based relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
• Mentoring and developing Project Coordinators and emerging talent
• Managing permits, approvals, reporting, and contractual obligations
• Identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing proactive solutions
• Contributing to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and delivery methods

About You

You were born to build great things and have developed the commercial mindset of a business leader. You take pride in delivery, value relationships, and want to be part of something that is growing; actively and intentionally, not passively.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience delivering heavy civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong financial and scheduling acumen
• The confidence to lead, and the humility to learn
• A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
• A desire to grow into larger, more complex leadership roles over time
