About
The PMO (Sales to Cash and Risk Management scopes) is responsible for the steering, governance, and successful execution of global solution deliveries and deployments.
These solutions cover software development and evolution, as well as their international integration and deployment.
The PMO's mission is to ensure complete, reliable, and shared visibility with leadership and key stakeholders on:
- The delivery and deployment plan,
- Progress and execution status,
- Risks, difficulties, and dependencies,
- Arbitration and decision needs.
The PMO also ensures the effectiveness of governance bodies and the industrialization of monitoring and reporting methodologies, with a focus on consistency and performance.
Main Responsibilities
Governance and Steering
- Structure, facilitate, and evolve steering bodies.
- Steer governance rituals: define strategic agendas, ensure the presence of key decision-makers, and ensure each meeting results in formalized decisions.
- Ensure the monitoring and operational implementation of decisions by the relevant teams.
Plan Monitoring and Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivery and deployment plan.
- Produce clear, critical, and decision-oriented summaries.
- Design and maintain structured and dynamic reports.
Risk and Dependency Management
- Proactively identify deviations (schedule, resources, scope, quality, etc.).
- Raise alerts to appropriate bodies and propose decision-support scenarios.
- Manage and maintain the interdependency map between BeeStone solutions and deployment plans.
Team Support
- Challenge operational teams on adherence to schedule, commitments, and methodological framework.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of steering practices.
