About

We are looking for a Project Manager / PMO professional to manage a customer portfolio across multiple vendors and partners. This is a non-technical role focused on governance, coordination, reporting, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio-level governance and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate across multiple vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Prepare executive dashboards and reports (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Drive timesheet governance and resource tracking
  • Ensure compliance with processes, SOWs, and reporting standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong PMO / Project Management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint expertise
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments
  • High ownership and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
  • Experience with Power BI or dashboards
  • Understanding of SOWs, POs, and vendor governance
