About the role
Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing and service environment. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and production personnel
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive execution to meet delivery schedules and financial targets
Planning & Execution
- Oversee all phases of project execution including planning, procurement, scheduling, and implementation
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate forecasting of project costs and revenue
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Ensure materials and services are delivered on time to support project schedules
- Maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization
Operational & Commercial Support
- Support post-sale activities including cost tracking, invoicing, and contract execution
- Assist in resolving purchase order and invoicing discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, materials planning, or related field
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience supporting supplier coordination and order tracking
- Familiarity with production schedules, shop operations, or technical documentation
- Exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, or financial reporting
