Responsibilities

• As Project Manager – Product Development, you are responsible for leading product development projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
• You act as project owner and monitor process, timing, finances, and project revenues for Project Manager – Product Development;
• You maintain daily customer contact and advise on project organization and necessary input;
• You organize team kick-offs, briefings, and share progress information with all project team members;
• You monitor time registration, deliverables, studio planning, and ensure a constant workflow;
• You divide your time approximately as follows: 40% project coordination, 20% technical alignment, 15% planning and budget monitoring, 15% commercial contact, and 10% administration and reporting;

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level or a relevant education such as Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles and a proven ability to lead projects from start to finish;
• Demonstrable experience with product design, engineering, and product development;
• Experienced with professional project management software and proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple Keynote;
• Strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
• Independent, proactive, and skilled in motivating and bringing teams together;
