About

Achil is recruiting for its client, a group undergoing significant transformation in the insurance and brokerage sector, a Project Manager / Product Manager (F/H/X), based in Bois-Guillaume.

Our client is currently leading an ambitious digital transformation program, with a key objective: to durably structure its product and project practices.

Until now, projects were managed in an informal manner. The challenge today is to:

• Professionalize management
• Align business and IT teams
• Accelerate value creation

You will join a squad-based organization (Finance, Customer Relations, Operations, Sales, etc.), composed of engaged teams, with a strong need for structuring and transverse leadership.

You will be at the heart of the transformation as a driver of business vision and delivery.

Missions

Vision produit & priorisation

• Build and manage the backlog (EPIC, user stories)
• Formalize the business vision and ensure its alignment with strategy
• Identify areas for improvement on existing projects

Pilotage de la roadmap & delivery

• Build and track a 12-24 month roadmap
• Manage projects end-to-end (planning, budget, risks)
• Structure practices and accelerate delivery

Coordination transverse

• Lead and align business, IT, and management teams
• Implement effective project governance
• Ensure overall consistency among stakeholders

Expression de besoin & recette

• Formalize business needs
• Manage acceptance testing phases (UAT, bug tracking, Go/No Go)

Pilotage de la valeur

• Track performance indicators (time-to-market, quality, performance)
• Contribute to continuous improvement

A hybrid Product / Project / Transformation role, with a direct impact on structuring the organization.

Modalités contrat

• Permanent contract – executive status (forfait jours)
• Location: Bois-Guillaume (Rouen)
• Primarily on-site (occasional remote work possible)
• Compensation: €65k - €80k

Profil recherché

Ce que nous recherchons

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management / product management
• Experience in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
• Proficiency in Agile / hybrid methodologies
• Ability to structure (roadmap, backlog, KPI, governance)

• Knowledge of the insurance / brokerage sector
• Experience in a consulting firm (transformation / organization)
• Aptitude for developing environments
