About

As a Project Manager within Rambøll’s PMD, you lead or deputy-lead major infrastructure projects, shaping delivery strategies and governance across cross-border teams. You’ll work with multiple service lines to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes while strengthening client relationships and proposal success. The role supports sustainable growth through delivery excellence, knowledge sharing, and capability development. This position offers impact at scale within a globally connected and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in civil engineering or equivalent senior project delivery experience
• 5-10 years of experience leading or supporting large-scale infrastructure projects with delivery accountability
• Understanding of regulatory, technical, and operational challenges in major infrastructure projects
• Experience operating within structured governance environments and managing risk, change, and commercial performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English
• Strategic mindset and strong business acumen with ability to navigate complex environments
