Job Purpose
The Project Manager will provide leadership throughout the planning, procurement and implementation phases of assigned project(s). This includes scope and stakeholder management, budget preparation, scheduling and project risk mitigation.
What You Will Do
- Lead complex infrastructure projects through all phases of development and implementation, including Pre‑transaction, RFQ/RFP, design, construction, commissioning and final transfer to operations.
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of large and complex infrastructure projects delivered through Public‑Private Partnerships (P3s) and traditional delivery models.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead presentations to seek approvals and demonstrate new concepts, including briefings for senior management and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various internal and external team members to establish agendas, processes and procedures that advance business objectives and project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Substantial hands‑on experience managing major complex infrastructure projects, including direct management of consultants and contractors.
- Experience, background or education in Architecture, Engineering or another relevant discipline to the design and construction industry.
- PMP certification or in the process of acquiring.
- Strong business acumen and experience with project budgets, schedules, technical requirements and construction methodology.
- Solid understanding of P3 programs and delivery models (e.g., Build‑Finance, Design‑Build‑Finance, Design‑Build‑Finance‑Maintain) as well as traditional models (Design‑Bid‑Build, Construction Management).
- Experience negotiating claims, scope changes and other compliance and contractual items on projects (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Salary range: $110,900 – $143,600 (PM3 level), aligned with skills, knowledge and experience.
