About the Role

As a Project Manager within the R&D team, you will significantly contribute to the success of Innovation Portfolio Management, helping the company and its customers provide individual solutions for their challenges.

This position is part of the R&D team and is located on-site at Pall Filtersystems GmbH in Bad Kreuznach.

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, management, and coordination of complex development projects within defined project mandates, considering time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Coordination with internal/external and international interfaces within the project context.
• Identification of project-specific risks and development and coordination of appropriate measures.
• Creation of meaningful project reports and presentation of project status to management.
• Planning, moderation, and follow-up of project meetings.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably with a background in beverage technology.
• Several years of specific experience in R&D, product development, and project management methodologies.
• Very good organizational and communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, project management software, and Miro.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).

Desired Experience

• Knowledge in the field of filtration is an advantage.
