About the role

Overview

Support the Corporate Real Estate and KMBS organization with analyzing and driving the company’s real estate strategy, specifically related to the execution of moves, adds, and changes tied to the NJ HQ and field offices nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Proven track record leading project teams and meetings, including internal project and stakeholder groups and external vendors & contractor
  • Strong ability with developing, managing, tracking, and reporting project budgets, schedules, scopes, action items, and deliverables.
  • Relevant experience with commercial office construction, furniture, IT, security, branding, telecom methodology related to tenant improvements (TI’s).
  • Assist and coordinate space planning and programming requirements with user groups tied to corporate standards.
  • Assist with review of vendor contracts, and/or proposals and invoices for accuracy of scope and pricing tying to capital and project budgets.
  • Assist with bidding and awarding of construction, FF&E, and other vendor agreements.
  • Conduct site visits as needed depending on project scope, schedule, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, corporate real estate, or workplace delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • OHSA Safety training preferred (Min. 10hr)
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem solving, and mathematical skills.
  • Experience with Vendor Contract Proposals, Vendor Management, Move Coordination and Execution; Construction Management Programs, Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
