Project Manager - Real Estate Space Planning

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Interior Design) or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience with move management, scenario planning, and strategic plans in a fast-paced corporate environment utilizing CADM or a similar tool
• Design and Construction experience preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD planning tools
• Interest in Environmental/Sustainable design, including furniture systems, artwork, HVAC and Electrical systems, Technology (IT/Audio Visual) as well as consideration of the aesthetics of the built environment.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Strong skills in managing multiple projects, organization, time management, project management, teamwork, communications, adaptability, decision-making, customer focus, results orientation, and the ability to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with OfficeSpace, IWMS or similar space planning software
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Knowledge of Tableau a plus
• Ability to learn new software platforms and manage as well as stay up to date on current platforms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 9+ years of relevant experience preferred
