Responsibilities
- Manage SYNERGY agreements (inspection, shut‑down planning, advisory service) sold by Power Plant Service sales according to the sales contract
- Develop SYNERGY concept and support regional internal operations
- Lead and manage project team, coordinating with engineering, procurement, shipping, billing, sales, controlling, field service, and quality teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and analyze/manage project risks
- Perform cost estimation and budget follow‑up
- Track and report overall progress and status; manage document control
- Participate in assigned development projects (SYNERGY and others) and support sales activities
- Arrange internal and customer meetings; host client events related to projects
- Create and update project action plans and documentation
- Gather product feedback, analyze it, and implement corrective measures
- Generate spare‑parts RFQs and forward them to the Spare Parts Team
- Participate in shutdown revisions and inspections on a part‑time basis (if required by contract)
- Handle procurement invoices
- Create project schedules and grant billing permission, tracking billing dates
- Monitor project budget and update project status
- Create NCR notifications
Requirements
- MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical/Process Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the pulp & paper industry (experience in power boiler technology, maintenance, or manufacturing is an advantage)
- Language skills: native German, fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, etc.) are a plus
- Customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Conflict management and decision‑making abilities
- Goal‑oriented, motivated, independent, and self‑confident
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel, including outside Central Europe

Requirements

- Gathering feedback on the product, product feedback analysis and corrective measures
- Generating spare parts RFQs and forward to Spare Parts Team
- Shut Down participation for revisions and inspections at least part time (if part of contract)
- Procurement invoice handling
- Creating schedules
