Project Manager

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing engineering, procurement, and construction phases, as well as coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale energy projects from early-stage agreements through to commissioning
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Drive project performance through risk management, reporting, and quality control
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans
• Support tender processes, technical due diligence, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and HSE requirements

About You

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering discipline
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale renewable energy infrastructure or EPC projects
• Strong understanding of Solar PV and Wind renewable energy projects
• Solid knowledge of project controls, budgeting, and contract management
• Experience working across multiple project phases, including design, procurement, and construction
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
