Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Residential Construction - Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with trades, team members, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential construction projects from start to occupancy
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain construction schedules
- Conduct job site visits (minimum twice per week per project)
- Ensure compliance with building plans, specifications, and the Ontario Building Code
- Coordinate required inspections and secure occupancy permits
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate with homeowners and respond to project‑related inquiries
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal teams as needed
- Arrange materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple active job sites
- Provide weekly progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation (schedules, reports, work orders, site updates)
- Support and coordinate internal labour teams on daily tasks
- Perform other duties and responsibilities for various operations within our multi‑company environment as may be required and/or assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Works
- Valid Class G Driver’s License in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Education
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent hands‑on experience will be considered
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary of $85,000, with potential for adjustment based on experience

Work Schedule
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, with occasional after‑hours site visits as required
- Required start time: before 6:45 AM
Additional Details
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
- Work Location: In person
- Experience: Project management – 5 years minimum (preferred)
- License/Certification: Class G License (in good standing – a must)
- Education (secondary): Preferred
