A growing residential remodeling firm specializing in high-quality interior and exterior renovations is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee both interior and exterior renovation projects
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress expectations are met
• Work closely with field teams and office staff to keep projects running efficiently
• Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Problem-solve issues proactively and keep projects on track
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Help improve project workflows and operational efficiency when possible

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Experience with both interior and exterior remodeling projects highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable in both field and office settings
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
• Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented
