We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Retail Operations and Technology team. This pivotal role requires hands-on management and delivery of complex projects that are foundational to the operational and technological aspects of our retail stores.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional operator with a knack for breaking down complex initiatives into manageable tasks and driving them to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) setting within the consumer electronics retail, manufacturing, technology, or premium hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike) and productivity software (Microsoft, GSuite).
• Extensive experience with the implementation and development of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and Demo technologies.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience in a tech company.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or similar advanced project management credentials.
• Ability to leverage AI to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive cross-functional initiatives and projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical details into clear, actionable plans.
• Systematically break down complex issues into manageable components and execute solutions effectively.
• Exercise best judgment in implementing techniques to monitor and evaluate outcomes.
• Excel in fast-paced environments, maintaining focus and a clear path to execution amid ambiguity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design and Implementation, Retail Finance, and Product Management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive the implementation of retail systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demo technologies.
• Curate and present project statuses, risks, and progress updates to leadership.
