Project manager rollout control telecommunications projects

Your role in the team

• As part of the rollout management for telecommunications projects, you ensure the quality, budget, and timely planning and execution of the rollout of the assigned projects.
• Your strong communication skills ensure optimal collaboration at all times, both with internal and external partners, such as authorities (Federal Railway Authority) and contractors.
• When you encounter deviations during the regular review of project reports, you initiate corrective measures.
• You conduct project meetings with internal and external participants and regularly report to the project manager and the head of the organizational unit on the current project status.
• Additionally, you coordinate the technical approvals of constructed systems and system components.
• Last but not least, you will be involved in the preparation of service agreements and supplier contracts.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge regarding the Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).
• In addition to working independently and presenting yourself confidently, you communicate clearly and openly and successfully achieve your goals.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of SAP / R3.
• Operational suitability according to regulations (assessed by an occupational physician during the hiring process).
• You possess a Class B driver's license.

Experience

• Practical experience in project management with relevant certification and knowledge in the telecommunications sector.

Education

• You have completed a technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Structural Engineering) or possess a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience.
