Project Managers specialized in rotating machinery

Context

As part of its growth and the management of international projects, we are looking for two Project Managers specialized in rotating machinery to lead complex, high value-added projects.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee the complete management of projects related to rotating machinery (design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, retrofit).
• Define the schedule, key milestones, and budget, and ensure compliance.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and provide reporting.

Technical and Contractual Coordination

• Supervise technical interfaces with internal teams (engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, commissioning).
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, manage the contractual relationship, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Financial and Administrative Monitoring

• Manage the overall project budget, monitor costs, and optimize margins.
• Prepare internal and client project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and applicable standards.

Team Management

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team.
• Foster collaboration and monitor team performance.

Profile Required

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, energy, industrial engineering).
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in rotating machinery (steam, gas, hydro turbines, generators, heavy compressors).
• Strong knowledge of complex industrial environments (nuclear, energy, oil & gas, large industrial equipment).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management processes (planning, costs, risks, contracts).
• Excellent understanding of rotating machinery technologies.
• Ability to read and analyze technical documents (drawings, diagrams, specifications).
• Strong leadership, ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
