Project Manager - Safety Security Environment

Your Role

Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager leverages strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills to produce and present reports on the Department’s performance and results.

What are you going to do?

Performance

• Monitor and manage the production of the Department’s internal KPIs
• Provide analytical insights on results
• Ensure effective internal coordination and information flow

Projects

• Track project progress
• Coordinate project monitoring dashboards
• Propose and update performance indicators to track programs, including construction projects

Communication

• Collect and synthesize information to produce reports
• Propose communication strategies and key messages to promote the Department’s activities and services

Administrative

• Provide support for the Department’s operations
• Assist management with organizational needs

Who are we looking for?

• Education level: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
• Background: Business school or equivalent
• Project management skills
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in French and English
• Strong command of office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Interest in technical and HSE topics
• Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and dynamic attitude
