XARION Laser Acoustics is a young high-tech company based in Vienna. Our patented, laser-based sensor technology enables a completely new form of ultrasonic testing - contactless, precise, and high-resolution. With this, we are setting new standards in non-destructive material testing and process monitoring. Responsibilities
- Sales of high-tech technical solutions in the field of contactless, non-destructive material testing for aerospace, automotive, and microelectronics
- Building and maintaining international customer relationships - from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Translating customer requirements into technical solutions: You understand the technology and sell its benefits
- Direct sales responsibility: You actively drive the sales process, from technical presentation, feasibility study, demonstrations to the deal
- Identifying and developing new business areas
- Designing sales strategies, presenting at trade fairs and events
- Close collaboration with product management, marketing, and application technology
Qualifications
- Completed technical training (university, university of applied sciences) - e.g., physics, material sciences, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Preferably professional experience in an industrial environment
- Sales experience or a clear desire to enter technical sales
- Entrepreneurial thinking, closing orientation, and enjoyment of economic success
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in non-destructive material testing are advantageous
- Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and convincingly
- Hands-on mentality and a winning personality: You actively build relationships, markets, and business areas
- Willingness to travel, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for technology and customer contact
- Excellent German and English skills

Salary
Attractive remuneration with a variable, performance-oriented component (minimum salary according to KV from EUR 50,000 gross per year, with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and performance).
