Our patented, laser-based sensor technology enables a completely new form of ultrasonic testing - contactless, precise, and high-resolution. Responsibilities

  • Sales of high-tech technical solutions in the field of contactless, non-destructive material testing for aerospace, automotive, and microelectronics
  • Building and maintaining international customer relationships - from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • Translating customer requirements into technical solutions: You understand the technology and sell its benefits
  • Direct sales responsibility: You actively drive the sales process, from technical presentation, feasibility study, demonstrations to the deal
  • Identifying and developing new business areas
  • Designing sales strategies, presenting at trade fairs and events
  • Close collaboration with product management, marketing, and application technology

Qualifications

  • Completed technical training (university, university of applied sciences) - e.g., physics, material sciences, mechanical engineering, or similar
  • Preferably professional experience in an industrial environment
  • Sales experience or a clear desire to enter technical sales
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, closing orientation, and enjoyment of economic success
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in non-destructive material testing are advantageous
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and convincingly
  • Hands-on mentality and a winning personality: You actively build relationships, markets, and business areas
  • Willingness to travel, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for technology and customer contact
  • Excellent German and English skills

Salary

Attractive remuneration with a variable, performance-oriented component (minimum salary according to KV from EUR 50,000 gross per year, with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and performance).
