Responsibilities

What's special about this position:

• Processing and coordination of customer inquiries, including quotation calculation
• Coordination of inquiry content internally & with the customer
• Creation of offers and price negotiations with the customer
• Commercial and technical coordination and negotiations with customers
• Claim management
• Price maintenance in the system
• Execution of change management
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Profile

Your preferred qualifications:

• Technical (vocational) training (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) and theoretical foundations or comparable training
• Accuracy and analytical thinking
• High flexibility and resilience
• Commercial knowledge and cost awareness
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Confident and presentable demeanor
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Team-oriented and structured way of working in projects
• Willingness to travel
• IT skills
