Project Manager / Sales – Custom Pool Construction

Ever After Custom Pools is a fast-growing custom pool builder seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager / Sales Professional.

This is a high-opportunity, dual-role position where you will manage existing company projects while also generating and managing your own pool builds from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Manage pool projects as well as your own sold projects
• Oversee all phases of construction from excavation to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries
• Ensure quality control, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners

Sales:

• Generate and close new pool construction projects
• Meet with clients, design pools if knowledgeable in structure studios (this is a plus), and present proposals, and contracts to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and create new opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in the pool industry and construction processes with references
• Proven ability to manage projects and/or close sales
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Growth

• $30,000 base salary dependant on experience
• Commission on pools sold
• Commission on projects managed
• Uncapped earning potential
