Project Manager Senior - Professional services (Trading & Asset Services)

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager in Professional Services at FIS, you will coordinate day-to-day project delivery, manage project financials, and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS clients. You will be responsible for managing product implementations and upgrades, working with Consulting Services, Product Development, and other internal teams. You will work with clients to document requirements, manage client's delivery globally, provide client support across multiple time zones, and assist clients during product installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day project delivery - Manage project financials - Drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client - Manage product implementations and upgrades - Work with Consulting Services, Product Development, and other internal teams - Document client requirements - Provide client support across multiple time zones - Assist clients during product installations in UAT/Production environments

Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in computer applications or equivalent - Minimum 11-13 years of experience in Project Management - Background in Finance with Trade & Assets, Treasury, or Lending experience is preferred - Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans - Experience in managing SOWs/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements - Good experience in managing project budgets, digital forecasts, and resource allocations in PlanView - Strong communication skills - Strong analytical skills - PMP Certification is preferred - Experience in managing project teams, providing direction and support - Experience in defining and managing project plans, risks, and issues - Experience in forecasting revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets - Experience in creating project status reports and participating in client status calls
