Position Overview

• Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring success at every phase
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and relationships with clients
• Coordinate effectively with joint venture partners and internal teams for seamless execution
• Implement cost control measures, manage change orders, and oversee project financials

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Hands-on experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovation projects
• Proficient in working within joint ventures, showcasing strong collaborative skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
