Syntegon Technology Services AG in Beringen (SH) is a company of the Syntegon Group and a central component of our global service organization. With around 100 employees, we offer our customers a comprehensive service portfolio ranging from on‑site support to online service and ensure the successful expansion of our service business.

Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between Syntegon, technicians, and customers, achieving optimal results for all stakeholders through negotiation skills.
• Fulfill service agreements (cost, time, scope).
• Serve as the main contact person for the customer when planning maintenance deployments.
• Manage project implementation of service solutions and maintain project‑relevant data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Initiate lessons‑learned sessions with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
• Apply common problem‑solving methods in case of issues, ensuring ideal solutions for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering.
• Several years of experience in special machine construction, with strong international project‑management background and experience in maintenance and/or service management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to develop constructive solutions and build or maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Comfortable in customer contact and a natural negotiator.
• Very good German and English skills; professional appearance; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
• Knowledge of TPM and Six Sigma.
