Responsibilities

• Development of high-quality, maintainable software solutions based on the modern .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor)
• Technical project responsibility: Management of development projects from requirements analysis through design and implementation to productive rollout
• Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to translate complex requirements into sustainable, scalable solutions
• Active participation in shaping software architecture, coding standards, and development processes within the team
• Mentoring and technical exchange with development colleagues - as a technical sparring partner on equal footing
• Use and evaluation of modern development approaches: AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.), test automation (xUnit, Playwright), and CI/CD pipelines
• Database design and optimization with MS SQL Server including Entity Framework and performant query strategies

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science or equivalent qualification with proven practical depth
• Several years of experience in professional software development with C#, .NET, and MS SQL
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD) and modern design patterns
• Experience with Blazor or comparable component-based UI frameworks
• Demonstrable experience in the technical management of IT projects of an agile or hybrid nature
• Affinity for AI-assisted development and test automation as a distinct plus
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a high standard of quality and team spirit
