Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex restoration work from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Requirements
Your experience:
- At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
- Preference for experience in concrete and/or masonry construction, but not critical.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Background in change management, issue resolution, and negotiation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support field teams.
- Experience producing pay applications and overseeing invoice processes.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and software including Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage forecasting/reporting activities.
