On behalf of a multinational Engineering Firm we are seeking a Strategy Project Manager to join their inhouse consulting team in Germany. As a Strategy Project Manager you will own projects and manage cross-functional teams to implement strategy and transformation projects. This is a high-development role with the opportunity to later move into an operational leadership position in the wider group.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
- Post-Merger Integration Change Management: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives with leadership
- Sales, Marketing and Pricing Strategy
Key Requirements
- ~4 years+ experience in a top tier strategy or management consultancy
- Fluent English
- International work experience is a plus
