Who we are
BBC Cellpack Power Systems designs, builds and maintains reliable electrical distribution systems that run 24 h × 365 days a year. With ~120 employees and trainees, we act as a competent partner for our clients – from concept development to final hand‑over.
Your responsibilities
| Area | What you’ll do |

| Concept & quotation | • Develop complete concepts for electrical energy‑distribution systems. • Create detailed, customer‑oriented quotes. |
| Project ownership (A‑Z) | • Take technical and commercial responsibility for projects from kickoff to hand‑over. • Conduct preliminary meetings with planners, clients, suppliers and internal departments. |
| Site coordination | • Lead execution discussions on‑site with planners and clients. • Ensure smooth acceptance procedures. |
| Documentation | • Deliver flawless production documents for the manufacturing team. • Maintain up‑to‑date project files in the ERP system. |
| Procurement | • Request quotes, evaluate offers and order project‑specific materials together with the purchasing team. |
What you bring

| Education | Completed electrical‑engineering training (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) plus a higher professional exam (Master’s) or technician degree. |
| Experience | Proven project‑management experience in distribution‑network projects. |
| Soft skills | Team player, solution‑oriented, precise, independent, high customer orientation. |
| IT competence | MS Office, CAD (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD), ERP (SAP, etc.). |
| Languages | Very good German (spoken & written). French is a plus. |

- Experience in project management and knowledge of distribution networks
- Team player with a focus on quality and a solution-oriented, precise, and independent personality with high customer orientation
- Good IT skills (MS Office, CAD, ERP)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Developing concepts and creating quotes for electrical energy distribution systems
- Technical and commercial overall responsibility for your project from A-Z, including preliminary meetings and project details with planners, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Execution discussions and acceptance on construction sites with planners and clients
- Providing flawless production documents for the production team
- Requesting quotes and ordering project-specific materials in collaboration with the team
