Your role in the team

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate on equal footing with developers - own programming skills are a plus, but not a must.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style – even when managing multiple projects simultaneously, you keep an overview.
• Clear, direct communication - both with developers and with executives and departments.
• AI affinity and active use of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Knowledge of common project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, traditional PM) and tools such as Asana or Jira is advantageous.
• Very good German skills (C1+) as well as solid English skills for international communication.

Experience

• First to several years of experience in project management - ideally in a technical or IT-related environment.
• Ideally, experience in collaborating with intercontinental teams across different time zones.

Education

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification with a technical background.
