Your Mission

As a Project Manager for Special Techniques, specializing in HVAC and sanitary systems, you will be integrated into the "Technical and Energy Studies" unit. You will manage all phases of a project, taking into account deadlines, costs, and quality.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Calculating the cost of special techniques for the cost estimation department for TCE markets;
• Carrying out studies, plans, and tender documents for HVAC and sanitary lots;
• Consulting on HVAC and sanitary lots for internal real estate development projects in TCE;
• Managing designers/drafters for special technical studies;
• Assisting the Project Manager in drafting subcontracts, while respecting budgets;
• Working autonomously on projects;
• Participating in study and site meetings;
• Providing regular and structured reporting to management;
• Promoting a culture of collaboration, performance, and responsibility;
• Ensuring the application of the company's values and procedures.

Your Profile

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in thermal engineering, energy, or equivalent;
• Confirmed and mandatory experience of at least 5 years in a general construction company, design office, or executing company;
• Expertise in HVAC and sanitary systems, with good knowledge of electrical systems;
• Mastery of current standards and regulations (Commodo/Incommodo, CPE, etc.);
• Proficiency in IT tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Ergo, etc.;
• Good communication skills and ability to synthesize information;
• Creativity and innovative spirit;
• Leadership, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility;
• Perfect command of French (oral and written); any other language is an asset.
