Position Details

• Experience: 10+ Years

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting technology or software delivery teams.
• Strong hands on experience with JIRA (issue management, reporting, workflows).
• Proven ability to manage complex timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple streams of work.
• Experience supporting audit, governance, or compliance efforts in a regulated environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In addition to the JD mentioned below , client is also looking for have someone with AI knowledge. Some understanding and awareness on different AI tech/model and usage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with SDLC controls, risk management, or technology governance frameworks.
• Background supporting engineering or platform teams in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
