As a Project Manager in the Process & Project Management team, you will be involved in the implementation of diverse projects within the Victorinox Group. Your focus will be on digitalization, process optimization, and the successful management of various initiatives – from idea to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Implementation: Independently lead and support strategic and operational projects in the merchandise management area (e.g., ERP introduction/partial introduction & migration, harmonization of master data, digitalization & automation, interfaces & integrations, or collaboration & SCM projects)
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and standardize business processes with a focus on efficiency improvement and digital transformation
• Project Management & Controlling: Ensure holistic project management using classic and agile methods, including cost and target control
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with and lead internal and external project teams and stakeholders in an international environment
• Management Reporting: Create management presentations and decision proposals for transparent project steering

Profile

• Tertiary level education (Business Administration, SCM, Business Informatics, or comparable)
• Several years of experience in classic project management / project leadership or in management consulting
• Sound process knowledge in the consumer goods industry, ideally with a focus on merchandise management processes in the SCM area
• Experience in ERP implementation projects and optimizations
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (preferably Comar)
