Role

The Transition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program. During transition periods, the Transition Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transition and meeting weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status.

Required Skills

• TS/SCI w/ Full-Scope Poly Required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certified Scrum Master
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex transitions on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Minimum three (3) Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
• Minimum three (3) years of Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Minimum five (5) years in managing transitions for large-scale software applications transitions for enterprise-level applications.
