Grow with us as Project Manager Transport Management System (m/f/d) ## Your tasks with us ## Your primary area of responsibility:

  • You will lead and manage software projects end-to-end, plan time and milestones, and coordinate all project participants (customer side as well as external partners/nearshore teams).
  • You will create and be responsible for central project documents such as specifications, functional concepts, and change requests, ensuring a clear, actionable requirements base.
  • You will lead project meetings and milestone reviews, report progress transparently, and manage risks, dependencies, and next steps.
  • You will ensure compliance with the payment plan, monitor the project budget with the Jira add-on BigPicture, and document project and system changes cleanly and comprehensibly.

Your secondary area of responsibility:

  • You will analyze, capture, and document customer requirements in a structured manner and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
  • You will design functional solution concepts, coordinate them with the key account and internal teams, and ensure common goal and expectation clarity.
  • You will accompany the implementation up to commissioning and in change projects, check the results along the process chain, and support customers with concerns and questions within the scope of key account management.

Your tertiary area of responsibility:

  • You will conduct workshops, training sessions, and system presentations in German and English, ensuring that customers can understand and use the solution confidently.
  • You will integrate TMS into existing ERP or third-party systems and create reports and key performance indicator analyses, including concrete recommendations for action.

What you bring to the table

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, project management, or IT consulting.
  • You have experience with TMS – as a user, key user, or on the manufacturer's side – and have a solid understanding of the underlying processes.
  • You present yourself confidently in customer and project meetings, communicate clearly, and build trust.
  • You work analytically and structurally, take responsibility, and have a high degree of initiative.
  • You are willing to visit customers and undertake occasional travel.
  • You are proficient with MS Office.
  • You ideally have experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and the Jira add-on BigPicture.
  • You speak German at C1/C2 level and have English skills at least at B2 level.

Our application process

On-site, you will have the opportunity to get to know our premises and colleagues. You will hear from us again within seven days after your interview.
