What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the successful delivery of transportation projects for public and private sector clients. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

From feasibility studies to construction administration, you’ll be hands‑on in every phase, bringing vision, leadership, and technical expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver transportation infrastructure projects including roads, highways, and multi‑use trails.
  • Lead Transportation Class Environmental Assessment studies and Complete Streets designs.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee construction administration and traffic management planning.
  • Seal technical reports and transportation designs.
  • Monitor project performance and profitability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Support client development and cross‑sector collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
  • P.Eng designation in Ontario.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation Inroads, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Requirements
