Role
We’re looking for an Account & Project Lead who thrives in fast‑paced, precision‑driven environments — someone who can steer complex programs from green light to checkered flag with clarity and control. You’ll be the connection point between clients, creatives, and technical experts, translating ambition into execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive Project Direction: Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables, aligning every initiative with client ambition and performance goals.
- Lead High‑Performance Teams: Orchestrate cross‑functional talent across creative, strategy, and production to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Own Client Partnerships: Act as the trusted lead, managing communication, expectations, and long‑term relationships.
- Manage Budgets and Resources: Control project finances, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Digital and Project Managers, fostering growth, ownership, and high performance.

Salary
- For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000.
