Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Wealth Management to lead strategic, AI-enabled initiatives across business and technology teams. This role focuses on delivering high-impact programs, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in wealth or asset management along with experience managing AI or data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional groups to drive execution
• Manage AI and machine learning initiatives, including implementation, integration, and process optimization
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including updates to leadership, risk tracking, and decision support
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
• Drive adoption and change management across impacted teams
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Hands-on experience working on AI or machine learning initiatives
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Experience working in high-value client environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client onboarding, portfolio management, advisor platforms, or CRM systems
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as predictive analytics, NLP, or generative AI applications
