Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of offshore and onshore wind projects while supporting business development and growth.

This is a hybrid role combining project leadership, client engagement, and commercial strategy, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while identifying and securing new opportunities to expand our presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities - Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of offshore and onshore wind projects
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and budget
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (scaffolding, rope access, HV technicians, O&M crews, etc.)
• Develop execution plans, risk registers, and resource strategies
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist providers
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and internal QHSE systems
• Oversee reporting, documentation, and governance processes
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
• Drive continuous improvement across operations

Business Development & Commercial Growth:

• Identify and secure new opportunities across offshore and onshore wind markets
• Build strong relationships with developers, OEMs, EPC contractors, and partners
• Support tenders, bid writing, pricing strategies, and proposals
• Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
• Collaborate with leadership on market strategy and service expansion
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Client Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact for key clients
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and communication
• Promote a full range of services including scaffolding, rope access, coatings, welding, HV support, and O&M
• Support long-term client relationships and repeat business

About You:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in offshore wind, onshore wind, or large-scale energy/industrial projects
• Strong understanding of windfarm construction, commissioning, and O&M
• Experience in business development or commercial roles (preferred)
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and offshore safety
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Desirable:

• Technical, engineering, or project management qualification
• GWO certification and offshore medical (or willingness to obtain)
