The Challenge

Our automations help businesses streamline operations, scale outreach, and unlock new efficiencies. But execution is everything. We need a Project Manager who can orchestrate complex implementations, ensuring every client experiences our signature “Wow Factor” while maintaining a 95%+ project completion success rate.

• Scale systems from dozens to hundreds of clients.

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate Client Transformations: Guide clients through our proven six-step process, from Discovery to Reviews and Referrals.
• Drive Perfect Execution: Maintain our ambitious project completion success metric across all implementations.
• Bridge Technical and Human Elements: Translate complex AI and automation capabilities into tangible client benefits.
• Cultivate Client Champions: Generate reviews from 80% of clients and secure referrals from 70%.
• Maintain Rapid Response: Provide clear communication within 24 hours (9 AM – 5 PM) with both clients and developers.
• Coordinate Virtual Teams: Work seamlessly with our distributed team and VA-supported operational model.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing technical implementations, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation environments.
• Strong understanding of AI development processes and practical applications.
• Expertise in Claude and other AI automation platforms.
• Excellence in both technical and client-facing communications.
• Experience with EOS methodology and distributed teams.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling client benefits.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for automation and communications technology.

• Established a rhythm of flawless project execution.
• Built strong relationships with our development team and client base.
• Contributed process improvements to our implementation system.
• Maintained green or higher client satisfaction scores with every client.
• Begun generating the reviews and referrals that fuel our growth.
