An established and highly regarded design and architectural company, specialising in high‑end hospitality projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) experience to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. Location: Cape Town (Full‑Time, possible hybrid and office‑based role)

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through to installation and final delivery
• Oversee budgets, cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Coordinate between design, manufacturing, and installation teams
• Implement and improve project management systems, processes, and reporting structures
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships

Requirements

• Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or strong PQS background
• Proven experience in project management within a design–manufacture–installation environment
• Solid understanding of cost management, contracts, and commercial project delivery
• Experience working on high‑end hospitality and/or luxury projects
• Ability to operate in a PMO / systems‑driven environment, with exposure to building or improving processes
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
