Sidel is looking for a Project Manager, part of the EPM Organization who will be responsible for driving day-to-day new Packing Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CP), including on-site activities management. Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction. Demonstrate Key Leadership Behaviours.

Your Mission

As Project Manager, Your Missions Will Be

Accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:

• (S) H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of project

• (Q) Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined.

• (C) Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost

• (D) Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines

• Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes

• Ensure risk assessment and response plan are in place for critical projects. Accountable to drive risk management and mitigation

• Manage scope changes without affecting the baseline objectives and benefits, resolve conflicts

• Regular and timely reporting to the Stakeholders. Drive Technical issues escalation follow up calls with technical office and production department.

• Monitor and ensure all Sidel Project systems are regularly updated.

Your Profile

Fluent in French with a minimum B2 level in English, you have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management with a strong track record in capital projects. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus, along with a solid understanding of the installation and commissioning process and its challenges.

You bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and demonstrate rigor, integrity, and autonomy in your work. Well-organized and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, you are also flexible and willing to travel up to 40% for project needs.
