The Project Manager will play a hands‑on role supporting a large, ground‑up multifamily construction project breaking ground this summer in Fredericksburg, VA. The Project Manager will join a seasoned project team focused on delivering high‑quality new construction, offering meaningful mentorship, exposure, and long‑term career growth for a Project Manager.

The Project Manager will support the on‑site project team throughout all phases of construction for a large scale, garden‑style multifamily development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day‑to‑day construction operations on a fully on‑site basis
- Assisting with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
- Reviewing submittents, RFIs, and change orders alongside senior project leadership
- Helping ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinating with superintendents, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative and technical support to keep the project on track
Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in construction or project management
- Background in ground‑up construction; wood‑frame multifamily (strongly preferred)
- Experience in new construction multifamily, hotel, or commercial projects (preferred)
- Comfortable working 100% on‑site
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a large construction platform
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams
Job Offer
- Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000
- Annual performance bonus: 20%
- Healthcare: 100% employer‑covered individual base plan
- Cell phone allowance: Up to $125/month

- 120 hours accrued vacation annually (15 days)
