Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Medina, Ohio. You will be responsible for project oversight from the initial bid through to completion, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires preparing accurate estimates, developing proposals, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules and budgets, conducting site visits, maintaining documentation, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and strong client communication. Most projects are within the Water/Wastewater industry, ranging from $5 to $10 million in size.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial bid through completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates and develop proposals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and strong client communication.

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years of project management experience.
• Construction experience.
• Proficiency in MS Projects, Procore, or Bluebeam.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Engineering background.
• Experience in the Water/Wastewater industry.
• Experience in bidding, RFI, and submittals.

Work Environment

This role requires a 50/50 split between onsite and office work. The company is small, with 34 employees, and all projects are local and small in size. You will report directly to the Owner and VP, offering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Medina, OH.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
