Project Manager/Estimator

This well-established commercial restoration company is seeking exceptional candidates for the role of Project Manager/Estimator. We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals with significant experience in either commercial or residential restoration. This position is an urgent requirement, and qualified candidates will be contacted promptly!

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education (Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, or MICA preferred
• IICRC certifications are strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
• Experience in commercial/residential construction
• Background in reconstruction or mitigation
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
