Project Manager

Overview

I’m currently working with a well-established glazing contractor in the Philadelphia who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support their growing workload.

The business specializes in low-rise interior and exterior glazing projects, delivering high-quality storefronts, entrances, and interior glass packages across commercial and residential sectors. With a strong base of repeat clients and a consistent pipeline, this is a stable, fast-paced environment suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handover through to completion
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently (short-cycle, fast-paced work)
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams
• Manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects remain on schedule
• Oversee procurement of materials and coordination with fabrication teams
• Support and coordinate field operations and installation teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

• Interior glass partitions and office fit-outs
• Low-rise commercial and residential glazing
• Renovation and tenant improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager within glass & glazing, façade, or interiors
• Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and/or interior glass systems
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office)
