Project Manager/Scrum Master

Our client is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager / Scrum Master to support its Technical Operations function. 12 Month contract

This role will work closely with teams across Integration, Infrastructure, and Salesforce teams to drive successful delivery of technical initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational priorities. The resource must bring strong facilitation skills, a servant-leadership mindset, and the ability to manage complex delivery commitments within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) with clarity, energy, and structure.
• Ensure ceremonies drive meaningful outcomes and maintain team engagement and focus.
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams, whilst owning the execution of deliverables towards the agreed timelines.

Planning & Execution

• Own the successful delivery of PI (Program Increment) commitments, ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are understood and actively managed.
• Support the creation and maintenance of sprint plans, team capacity plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate work across Integration, Infrastructure, and Salesforce streams, plus supporting teams, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

Team Support & Servant Leadership

• Act as a servant leader, enabling Technical Operations teams to focus on technical delivery by proactively removing blockers and orchestrating cross-team collaboration.
• Foster a positive, growth-focused team culture built on trust, transparency, and accountability.
• Coach team members in agile principles and practices, tailoring approach to team maturity and context.

Risk, Dependency & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and external partners.
• Escalate challenges in a timely manner and drive resolution through collaboration and communication.
• Provide clear, concise progress reporting to leadership, ensuring expectations are managed and outcomes well understood.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work alongside Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Analysts, and Delivery Managers to ensure technical requirements are well understood and prioritised effectively.
• Support alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and change management processes.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master in a technical delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and agile delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience supporting technical teams in at least one of the following domains: Integration, Infrastructure, or Salesforce.
• Effective facilitator with the ability to energise teams, drive engagement, and guide teams through complex delivery cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage PI commitments and track progress against defined outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with a focus on enabling teams.

Desirable

• Experience working within a scaled agile delivery model (e.g., SAFe).
• Background in technical delivery, engineering, or architecture.
• Experience supporting cross-platform or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master).
