In this exciting hub function, you will take the next career step from a pure developer to a technical project leader. You will act as the technical "owner" and ensure that highly complex customer requirements – from the initial feasibility study to the production ramp-up – are precisely implemented. You will work in a state-of-the-art environment (incl. ISO Class cleanroom assembly) for international key accounts in the medical technology, industrial, and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

Project Management & System Engineering:

• Responsibility for the planning and execution of interdisciplinary development projects (electronics, mechanics, embedded software).

Requirements Management:

• Creation of technical product specifications and execution of feasibility studies and concept developments.

Interface Function:

• Act as Product Owner and technical contact person for customers, as well as close collaboration with HW and SW developers in Bronschhofen and international teams.

Industrialization:

• Coordination of prototyping phases and support of the production ramp-up in close coordination with manufacturing.

Project Controlling:

• Resource planning, prioritization, and monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality specifications.

Qualifications

Education:

• Completed vocational training (e.g., Electronics Technician EFZ) with subsequent university studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering.

Experience:

• Approx. 3–4 years of practical experience in product development (hardware or embedded software).

Methodology:

• Familiarity with development processes (V-model, Scrum) and basic knowledge of requirements engineering.

Personality:

• We are looking for a practice-oriented "doer" who wants to make the step from engineering to management. (Note: The position is explicitly aimed at junior to mid-level profiles; applications with a PhD or purely academic focus do not fit the operational orientation of this role).

Languages:

• Business fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
