Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a point of contact for communication and escalation
• Understand business objectives and align it with the test requirements
• Work in the Client time zone for any understanding & resolving any issues
• Coordinate with the Clients stakeholders and gather required details, address queries/requests
• Work as interface between offshore team and Client stakeholders
• Understand current methodologies followed by Client and provide recommendations if any
• Ensure timely Deliverables of the projects
• Provide high level guidance to test leads
• Leads risk management meetings for identification and quantification of risks
• Owns issue resolutions, milestone tracking
• Lead CD1 (Conversion Day 1) conversion testing for banking transformation, ensuring user, system, and data consolidation to the unified platform.
• Own conversion test strategy and governance, coordinating client and offshore teams across impacted banking systems.
• Drive cutover and post conversion validation to ensure data integrity, access controls, and business continuity.
• Manage conversion risks, defects, and CD1 (Conversion Day 1) go live readiness.
• Leverage test automation to accelerate regression, validate critical conversion scenarios, and improve CD1 stabilization efficiency.
