Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at planning, communication, and driving projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, operations)
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Maintain project documentation and ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in project management or a related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
